According to information given from Goychay district Educational Department the question of reediness for winter season of the schools was also in the focus of attention along with their capital repair and strengthening of their material-technical base.
 
A lot have been done in this direction.There were taken measures in order to supply the secondary schools and preschool upbringing institutions with uninterrupted heating at winter season. The modern type of boilerhouses were built for the Goychay city secondary schools #1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9, as well as educational institutions of Mirzahuseinli, Yekaxana and Qarabaglar villages. In this way the number of schools supplied with heating system reached 14. Last year only 4 schools had a boilerhouse system. But other general education schools and preschool upbringing institutions of the district were supplied with enough number of firewood.  A new firewood stoves and chimneys were distributed to the schools. 57 secondary schools and 35 preschool upbringing institutions functions in Goychay. It should be noted that currently the repair works are conducting also in the boilerhouse, supplying the auditoriums of the Goychay State College of Management and Technology with heating and long time remainded unused.The heating problem of this educational institution will also be liquidated till the end of the year.
