Today the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of People held a conference in the Goychay Vocational Educational Center.

The heads of State Labor Inspection and General Employment Department under the ministry, 14 city and district employment centers of the republic attended the conference.Opening the conference devoted to the solution of employment problem of the region people and improvement of the works of employment service bodies, F.Alekberov, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of People noted that last year 43 503 workseekers addressed to the employment service bodies, 31 144 of which were ensured with relevant works. It is 444 men or 1,4 % more than previous year. Speaking of the role of Goychay Regional Vocational Educational center in attraction of the people to the work places on different vocations, Minister noted that in the meantime similar centers functions in Baku and only in Goychay over the regions. Preparatory courses on different vocations to which there is a need on labor market were organized in both centers and about 2000 workseekers were attracted to these courses to date. As a result 85% of these citizens were ensured with relevant works. All these makes necessary the setting up of similar centers in future in other regions, too. During the conference it was heared the reports of the heads of Yevlakh and Mingechevir city, as well as Ismayilly district employment centers about measures taken in these centers in connection with solution of the employment issues of people, a shortcomings were analized. It was stated at the conference that every month will be held monitorings in the regions in order to study the labor market and in this way the labor rights of those, who works in the state and private enterprices, newly opening workplaces and expected structural changes will be keep in control.  F.Alekberov, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of People, sum up the conference. He concerned himself at the end of the conference with material-technical base ofGoychay Regional Vocational Educational Center, in which were organized preparatory courses on 31 vocations,gave his recomendations.
